Delivery is made by FedEx. Within 1-2 business days of placing the order, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day, so you may allow additional days to receive your order.three number feedback.

Free shipping is provided by Roger Roy when the purchase amount is over $99. If the amountt of purchase is less than 99$, a flat rate of 15$ is applied.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse.

If your purchase is a gift, you can mark it during checkout and we'll personalize your order, add gift wrapping and remove the price tag.
 
RETURN

You have the right to return any or all of the products you purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

Product(s) must be unused - in original packaging with tags and protective stickers intact - and still in the same condition.is new only when received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse with a printed return slip* at the following address :

Once the return has been accepted, you will obtain a credit which can be used to make purchases online and in our stores. The Roger Roy credit is valid for 90 days. Products cannot be returned to a retail store.

Please note that the shipping costs may be your responsibility when you return the package to us.
